Trees & Mud in Durham: An Engagement Photoshoot

This lovely couple are friends of mine in Durham, and their relationship blossomed during their time here.  These two seem to love mud and climbing trees.  He popped the question in November last year, and I heard from a friend that day to say, “They’re engaged! He sent her on a treasure trail through the woods, and then he got down on one knee in a muddy puddle!”  The day of the photoshoot was grey and quite cold, but I don’t know a couple that could ‘work’ wet weather better in a photoshoot.  More mud, and more photos that I think suit them both very well.
